Founded in 1995 as a branch operating under Almanhal Water Company in Jeddah, Aloyoun Water Factory Company became a jointly owned enterprise just one year later, with ownership split equally between the Abdulaziz M. Alnamlah Holding Group Company (AMNEST) at 50 percent and Mr. Mansour Abdulaziz Alkaki at 50 percent. Spread across a 16,175 square metre site in the First Industrial City in Jeddah, Aloyoun is home to a workforce of around 400 Saudi and multinational employees, technicians and engineers.

At Aloyoun, state-of-the-art technologies are applied across water treatment, processing and filling in a wide range of sizes and functions. The factory operates with an annual filling capacity of 200 million litres, combining advanced production lines with rigorous process control to deliver consistently pure, high-quality drinking water.

A wide base of clients across the Western Region is served through a large fleet of large and mid-sized trucks that distribute water directly to homes and to reseller supermarkets, supported by distribution centres in Makkah, Medina, Yanbu, Abha and Tabuk. Aloyoun continually works to raise product quality by applying the highest global quality standards through its own laboratories, staffed by a team of technicians, and through cooperation with local and international laboratories. The company holds a number of quality certifications, the most notable of which are the Quality Mark of the Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization (SASO) and the ISO 22000 certification for food product safety.
