HALON is a wholly owned (100%) Saudi subsidiary of AMNEST Group. It was established in the late 1990s in direct response to a specific requirement from the Saudi Navy, following the international ban on HALON because of its harmful effects on the ozone layer, with the Kingdom's remaining reserves now carefully monitored by the Environmental Agency of Saudi Arabia.
The company is a dedicated fire-protection specialist in Clean Fire Agents, namely HALON systems and their approved replacements such as FM200 and NOVEC 1230. It also holds the only HALON recycling machine available in the Middle East, enabling it to serve the entire Gulf region with ease.
Since 2001, HALON has been contracted with SAUDI ARAMCO across the Kingdom to carry out all maintenance of Clean Fire Agents. Throughout this long-standing partnership it has consistently upheld a high quality standard and earned a recognized class of distinction.
